These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the creicex platform — including all casino games, sports betting services, payment transactions, and account management features available to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before placing any bets or making any deposits.
Important Notice. By accessing creicex, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the creicex platform. These terms apply to all players accessing creicex from Bangladesh.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and creicex ("creicex", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://creicex.net and all associated services, features, games, betting markets, payment systems, and customer support channels made available through the platform.
By registering an account on creicex, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing any bet or wager, or accessing any game or feature on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This acceptance is a precondition to your use of the creicex platform and all its services.
creicex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will update the effective date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the creicex platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the creicex platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. creicex enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all account holders. Gambling by persons under 18 is prohibited on this platform under all circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the creicex platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.
- You are not acting as an agent for any third party with respect to your betting activity on creicex.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the creicex platform or been subject to any account closure or restriction by creicex.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or affiliate of creicex or any of its game and content partners (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), nor are you a close family member of any such individual.
creicex reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document showing date of birth. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age or identity within the period specified by creicex, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without notice. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the payment method from which they originated, net of any bonuses claimed. Any winnings generated on an underage account will be forfeited in full. creicex takes underage gambling extremely seriously and actively supports tools that help parents and guardians prevent minors from accessing gambling services.

One Account Per Player

Transparent Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by creicex are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and expiry periods stated clearly at the time of the offer. creicex does not apply hidden conditions to bonus claims made by players in Bangladesh.

Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services offered by creicex — including live casino games, cricket and sports betting, slot play, and financial transactions — you must register a personal account on the platform. Registration is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form.
Information Required at Registration
During the registration process, players are required to provide, at minimum, the following information:
- Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document
- Date of birth (confirming you are aged 18 or above)
- A valid and active email address that you own and control
- A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
- The mobile wallet number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
creicex operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its commitment to responsible gaming and financial integrity. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before a player's first withdrawal, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any other time at creicex's reasonable discretion.
Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include a copy of your national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate; proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months; and proof of the payment method used, such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name.
Players are required to respond to KYC requests within 14 days of the request being made. Failure to complete KYC within this period may result in account restriction, suspension of withdrawal access, or account closure. creicex will not process withdrawal requests for accounts where KYC verification remains outstanding.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your creicex account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact creicex support at [email protected] immediately. creicex will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
creicex operates a BDT-native wallet system. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are processed and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). Visa and Mastercard debit cards are supported for deposits.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's creicex wallet in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a successful payment confirmation.
- creicex does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their standard transaction charges per their own terms.
- Deposits made to a creicex account are for the purpose of betting and gaming only. Deposited funds may not be transferred to another player's account.
- creicex reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent, money laundering, or bonus abuse activity.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are communicated within the player's account settings and may vary based on account verification tier.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes of approval during active support hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside active hours are processed at the start of the next available support window.
- Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. creicex is not obligated to process withdrawals from unverified accounts.
- Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the cash component of a player's balance that exceeds wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
- creicex reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request at its reasonable discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or unusual account activity patterns.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
creicex offers a variety of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players in Bangladesh. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses for new account holders, reload bonuses for existing players, cricket cashback during BPL and ICC tournaments, and seasonal offers tied to Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16).
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is stated clearly at the time the bonus is presented.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period specified in the individual offer. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements after the expiry date are forfeited automatically.
- Minimum odds conditions may apply to bonus wagering. Where a minimum odds requirement is specified, bets placed at odds below that threshold do not count towards satisfying the wagering requirement.
- Bonuses are issued in BDT and are credited directly to the player's bonus balance. The bonus balance is separate from the cash balance and is used after the cash balance is depleted when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
- creicex reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, system error, or violation of these Terms.
Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, the use of automated software to place bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and the coordination of betting patterns across multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. Where creicex identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and permanently close all implicated accounts.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the creicex platform — including sports bets, in-play cricket wagers, live casino bets, and slot spins — are subject to the specific rules governing each product type as well as the general platform rules set out in this section.
Sports Betting
- Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in the player's cash balance at the time the bet is confirmed. creicex does not extend credit to players.
- Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, as displayed in the creicex sportsbook at the time of betting. In most cases, abandoned cricket matches where fewer than the minimum required overs have been bowled will result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
- creicex reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on a manifest error in the odds — including pricing errors caused by technical issues or human input errors. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account without interest.
Live Casino
- Live casino games are provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. All game results are determined by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) or certified RNG systems under the supervision of the relevant game provider.
- In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's own rules and the data captured at the time of disconnection. creicex will liaise with the provider to ensure fair settlement of affected rounds.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits for each live casino table are displayed within the game interface before a player places a bet. These limits may vary by table type and time of day.
Slots & RNG Games
- Slot games and RNG table games use certified random number generators and are independently tested for fairness by the respective game providers. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.
- Progressive jackpot prizes are awarded in BDT at the BDT equivalent of the prize at the time of the win. Jackpot values displayed within game interfaces are indicative and may fluctuate in real time.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the creicex platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and fair manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or correspondence with creicex support.
- Attempting to access the creicex platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing or facilitating access by a person under 18.
- Opening, operating, or benefitting from more than one account on the creicex platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in an unintended way.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, arbitrage betting structured to abuse promotional offers, or any other form of fraud against the platform.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games or on any game where such collusion would give an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with any part of the creicex platform, its software, or its APIs.
- Using the creicex platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening any creicex support agent, live casino dealer, or other user of the platform.
- Exploiting a technical error, pricing mistake, or software bug for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
creicex cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally. Where creicex becomes aware that an account has been used for prohibited or criminal activity, it will freeze the account, preserve all relevant records, and provide those records to the relevant authorities upon lawful request.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
creicex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time period.
- A player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming settings or to the support team.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
- Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and may be subject to administrative fees as communicated to the player in advance).
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their creicex account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written request from their registered email address. Before closing, any remaining cash balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion

Additional Provisions
Limitation of Liability & Governing Terms
creicex provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While creicex takes all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted service, it does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. creicex shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, missed bets, or financial loss arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, creicex's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their creicex account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. creicex is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently. Players are encouraged to contact [email protected] in the first instance to seek resolution of any complaint. creicex will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of creicex to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the creicex Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and creicex with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
